      We believe that excellent design and engineering solutions, high-quality finishing materials, and compliance with the highest energy efficiency requirements are essential elements of any modern, aesthetic, and sustainable housing.

      The New Hanza apartments will be located on a street named after the Latvian artist, Gustavs Klucis. Four residential buildings will offer more than 270 apartments for sale or lease. For the convenience of the residents, the buildings will also include storage rooms and parking. In addition, on the ground floor, there will be designated commercial spaces.
      The construction of this project is going to be started in 2024.
