Developed by Pillar Contractor, New Hanza Apartments will be located on a street named after the artist Gustavs Klucis. In four residential buildings, a total of 258 apartments will be available for purchase or rent. For residents’ convenience, there will be storage rooms and parking facilities. On the ground floor of the building, there will be commercial premises located.

All four buildings are being built simultaneously.
The project is scheduled for completion at the end of 2027.

A highly energy-efficient project ensuring significantly reduced energy consumption and lower heating and electricity costs.

Solar panels

Thoughtful and environmentally friendly use of green energy. Solar panels installed on the building roofs provide electricity for the shared areas of the property.

A gated courtyard of 2,400 m² is available to all residents of the project. The courtyard features a children’s playground, a workout space and leisure area.

Each apartment is equipped with a video intercom, water leakage sensors, an access control system for shared areas, as well as CCTV surveillance of the grounds, car park and communal spaces. Fire detectors are connected to the smart home system.

Video surveillance

24/7 video surveillance is provided in the communal areas, around the building perimeter, in the car park and in the rooftop garden area on the second floor.

Smart home

Each apartment is equipped with a smart home system that allows remote control of underfloor heating, electric heated floors and ventilation. The system also includes an alarm and video intercom.

Covered parking spaces

For the convenience of the residents and to enhance the overall aesthetic of the environment, parking spaces are located on the ground floor level of the building.

Electric vehicle charging points

In support of sustainability and the use of green energy, some parking spaces are equipped with electric vehicle charging facilities and are available for purchase.
