Interior design of the spacious 300 m² lobby of New Hanza office building completed

At New Hanza office building located at 1 Mihaila Tāla Street, there is now a fully furnished spacious 300 m2 lobby, created with the thought of the aesthetics of the environment and functionality of the premises for the convenience of the tenants and visitors.

The lobby is designed in warm, earthy tones, with large windows and a variety of plants to create a cosy and inspiring environment, complemented with comfortable quality individually crafted and designer pieces of furniture.

The office building’s lobby is created in cooperation with design studio RADADARA. In this project, the studio’s team also created first-of-its-kind in Latvia interactive wall solution for the reception area. The project also features a special reception counter – it is made of 700 years old bog oak retrieved from the bed of the Daugava River.

The lobby is going to be one of the public spaces of the office building, offering its tenants a range of convenient solutions. Currently the works continue to create a 500 m2 coworking space, which is going to offer meeting rooms, conference hall for up to 60 people, a spacious kitchen and lounge area, as well as open-space office area.
