New tenants of New Hanza offices

More and more tenants are choosing New Hanza offices on Mihaila Tāla Street 1 for their new office. At the end of this year, they will be joined by the certified audit firm Nexia Audit Advice and the real estate agency AVER. Both companies have opted for the 8th floor of the office building, with the option to use the coworking spaces available for tenants on the 2nd floor.

Dr. Andrejs Ponomarjovs, the head of Nexia Audit Advice, explains that the choice of the new office was determined not only by the location of the building and its technical quality parameters but also by the developer's readiness to create a friendly and sustainable working environment within the office building.

"We are getting a modern space with an open workspace and a view of the green courtyard. It should be noted that the parking lot of this office building is designed to accommodate not only cars but also has dedicated spaces for bicycles. The office building is designed to create a friendly environment for employees, with open and green areas both outside and indoors, as well as providing shared spaces for various collaborative and group work. We are eagerly looking forward to moving to the new office,"

Ritvars Sebris, a representative of AVER, also points out that the location and quality of the new office were important factors in their choice, as well as the developer's willingness to offer flexible layout solutions. Additionally, shared coworking and conference spaces, available to tenants, were crucial for the company.

Elīna Ozola, the head of the Pillar Sales and Leasing Department, emphasizes that when starting cooperation with tenants, they highly appreciate the tenant's clarity regarding their new office space needs, which significantly facilitates the planning process. "When meeting with clients, we ask about their current situation, motivation to change the offices, and try to understand how to bring their needs to life in the new spaces. To give tenants an idea of leasing possibilities, we develop a test layout plan that we provide to all potential clients," says E. Ozola.
